Once sold, sale is final, no exceptions.

For Tree Ring Prints, there is an 8-10 business day process time as each print will be freshly hand printed from the wood slice, meaning the ink will need drying time before it can be packaged and posted.

Once posted, By Sarah Lynne is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. A photograph record will be taken on the day of packaging to show condition of print on leaving the studio.

By Sarah Lynne cannot take responsibility for any orders shipped to an incorrect address if this is an error on the buyers instructions or couriers delivery staff. Please double check all address details are correct before ordering and contact the courier company in the event of an undelivered parcel.

For international orders, all duties, taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
